Is entry to the India Collection & Tech Summit Free?
No, the event is not open for free entry. It is an invite-only event with paid passes for delegates and participants.
What is the price for event pass?
INR 5000+GST for Per Delegate Registration
How long is the India Collection & Tech Summit ?
The event begins at 8:30 AM IST with breakfast and networking sessions and concludes at 06:30 PM IST
I have registered but won’t be able to attend. Can I transfer my pass to a friend or colleague?
No, the passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered attendee.
Will there be parking available at the venue?
No, there is no dedicated parking available at the venue. Attendees are advised to arrange their own parking or use nearby public parking facilities.
Will there be a luggage counter at the venue? There will not be a designated luggage counter or storage facility on the event day.
We kindly ask all attendees to keep their personal belongings with them at all times. Please note that the event organizers cannot assume responsibility for any lost or misplaced items.

Do I need to pay for my food & drinks?
No, this is included in your event pass.
Will there be a Lost & Found?
This will be managed by the Courtyard By Marriott hotel staff. Attendees may approach the Courtyard By Marriott staff for assistance with any misplaced items during the event.
Can I enter the venue with a camera? The kiosk stands and open pre-function areas are allowed to be filmed.
However, filming stages, backstage areas, lounges, workshop areas or meeting rooms is strictly prohibited.
I’m a foreign national, can I still attend the Summit? Yes, you can. Please carry a valid government issued ID proof.
Generally, prior registration is mandatory to attend the summit. However, in case a few seats are available, spot registration may be allowed for eligible attendees at a fee of ₹5,000 + GST. Entry will be subject to on-site approval and availability.
Will the event be live-streamed / recorded?
Yes, the event will be recorded
